What we keep, and why.

What the form collects

Your business name, one line about what you do, your current website if you give one, and a work email. That is the whole list.

How we measure the site

Once you scroll, tap or move the pointer, the site loads Google Tag Manager, which runs Google Analytics (which pages are read, from what kind of device and roughly where) and Microsoft Clarity (anonymous recordings of how the page is used, with form fields hidden). Both set cookies. Neither sees what you type into the form, and neither is used for advertising.

None of it loads if your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, or if your time zone is in Europe. There is no advertising script on this site and nothing is sold. Page views are also counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookie and does not identify visitors.

What it is used for

Building your first fold and sending you the link. Your details go into our project tracker so the work is visible to the person doing it. We do not sell, rent or share them with anyone else.

How long we keep it

If you do not go ahead, we delete your request 90 days after the first fold was sent. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as you are one, plus what tax law requires.

Your choices

Reply to any email from us with “delete” and we remove your request and the preview within five business days.
